if you dislike indigo

In life it is easy for us to blame others for our unhappiness. By disliking INDIGO, it may be difficult for you to see the beauty within the curse. Instead of believing you have to do everything on your own, turn to your angels and guides to support you.  By releasing blame and beginning to honour ourselves we embrace the brow chakra and start seeing the big picture. Use meditation on an INDIGO yoga mat or cushion to help connect you to your inner spirit.  Burning an INDIGO lavender candle and listening to soft chanting music will help you remove yourself from a negative situation and embrace inner peace.
